The original SAP Business One menu includes all the setting and add on, but users can hide the features and functions that are not in use. This can make the the menu simple and increase the efficiency.
To access this function, go to Administration > System Initialization > General Settings and click hide functions
Here you are able to hide any function that is not need yet by clicking the choice, and when you need it again, you can come back and clear the box anytime.
For example, if I click MRP, this function will hide from the menu like below.
