Discount Group in SAP Business One

SAP Business One include a discount groups function, which allow a flexible setting of special offers, such as special discount.

Choose Inventory > Price Lists > Discount Groups and select the Items tab.

Here you may add all relative items one by one or choose the list from one item to the other item. Then you can also define the discount %, paid quantity, free quantity and maximum free quantity. The date that you want this activity to be active can also be chosen at bottom. Finally, choose update.

When creating a sales documents within the defined date range for the customer correspond with special offers, the discount and total price will automatically calculate.
