Does giving authorizations one by one annoy you? Have you ever thought about any easier way to finish this process? SAP Business One have Authorization Groups, which allow you to add or change the authorization by group and assign a predefined authorization set to each user based on her/his role.

How to build a group

Click Administration > System Initialization > Authorization > Authorization Group.

Here you may click Create Group, put Name and Description and add any person you want to change into the group.

How to change the authorizations of a group

Click Administration > System Initialization > Authorization > General Authorizations.

Here you may change the authorizations of all the subjects. There are totally three Authorizations: Full Authorization, Read-Only (show up as Various Authorizations) and No authorization.
