Address Format in SAP Business One

The form of address can be really different from country to country. As a global software company, SAP Business One offer the choice of adjusting the address format based on your need.

Where is the setting

Click Administration > Setup > Business Partners > address Formats, then you can see a window pop up like below.

How can we change it

1. Here you may add a name of format
2. These arrows can change the sequence of the components
3. In the third part, all the elements of address format can be found here.
4. If you want to add another row to format, just right click the yellow part and click Add Row.
5. Here you are able to check how the format looks like.
