Customer 360 in SAP Business One

Customers and leads are the key asset of every area of business. Thus, the analysis of customers and leads are very important to management. From SAP Business One 9.2, SAP Business One offers a dashboard, Customer 360, which helps users analyze the data for each customer.

To activate this function, go to Administration > System Initialization > General Settings > Display and choose “Enable sidebar in windows to display recommendations and linked dashboard.”


Then users can find Customer 360 under the Business Partner Master Data window. Click “You can also” and “View Customer 360.” As you may see, the portal departs into four areas: General, Sales, Logistics and Receivables.


Please notice, the available version of this function is SAP HANA PL05.
