These days we all need to collaborate. We send emails, files, documents, and discuss with colleagues whenever we work. SAP Business One offers a Live Collaboration messaging system to help users communicate with each other and improve efficiency.

To use Live Collaboration, the manager needs to allow the process at first. Go to Administration > System Initialization > General Settings > Service and click “Enable Live Collaboration.”

Then users can use the icons on the bar menu. The first one is Live Collaboration icon, which will open the window and display all the currently logged-on users. The second one is Send to Conversation icon, which is available when user opens a document and is used to send documents or reports to other users.
