Reports are important for all companies. We all hope it to be comprehensive, accurate and customized. SAP Business One never stop trying to get better user experience in this part. SAP Business One include Expanded selection so that you can have more selection to choose the report.
For some companies which has their own selection method, SAP Business One give the opportunity to use UDF for selection. Go to Expanded, choose User-Defined Fields and choose the one you need.
To define UDF, please go to Tools à Customization Tools à User-Defined Tables – Management.
We are able to do so in Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Statement, General Ledger and Document Journal.
