When build the SAP Business One system for a company, it’s important to know how many Superusers and normal users, since we need to build users’ accounts and passwords for each of them. But what about support consultants? In the past, we may need to borrow a valid license or even build a new users account, but from SAP Business One 9.2, we can directly access SAP B1 application without borrow a valid license from another user.

SAP Business One 9.2 introduces the Support User. Customers who use the SAP Business One on premise solution have a pre-defined support user to be used by support consultants when needed.

All the actions can also be recorded in Administration > License > Support User Log. You are able to check them anytime.
