How do you deal with monthly payments, such as office leasing fees, insurance fees, and other regular transactions which you post on a recurring basis? SAP Business One has a function, recurring posting, which can help users record the payment and remind users when they open SAP Business One.
Go to Financials module. Here users can find the recurring postings function. After filling the code and description, users can choose the account and amounts and other options. Period information is also valid at the bottom of the document.
SAP Business One has reminders in case the manager forgets the recurring posting. Go to General Settings > Services tab and choose “Display Recurring Postings on Execution.” Then a reminder window will pop up the next time you log into the system.
