Some functions don’t seem very notable but are necessary and convenient. For example, in the past accountants needed to remember all the accounts and to make documents manually, but as they started to use accounting software or ERP software, such as SAP Business One, they could use functions, such as the drag and drop menu, to simplify their work.
SAP Business One allows users to customize the pickers and indicators by themselves. Go to View in the top menu and choose Pickers Display or Indicators Display.
“Choose from list”: brings up a list for users to choose from
“Date”: shows the calendar
“Calculator”: reveals a calculator
“User-Defined Values”: shows when that field has been user-defined
“Translatable Fields”: appears when that field is set up with more than one language
When users create documents, they will see the icons appear when they click the fields.
