In the SAP Business One tool bar, a sign which looks like an envelope is the SAP Business One Emailer. This function allows users to send documents and reports daily and helps improve efficiency. Sometimes managers or users may need to monitor or track the history of sending emails. Therefore, SAP Business One provides Emails Report whose selection criteria can be defined by users.
The report lists the document type and number, sending date and time, email address, and many other types of information related to the emails. Please notice, as the report notes above the chart, the report lists the emails sent from SAP Business One, but does not confirm whether the emails are received or not.
