SAP Business One will automatically fill the Ship To and Bill To fields when customers create marking documents. We can edit the address in Business Partner Master Data and use default or other address in documents.
It’s not all SAP Business One does. For some cases, you need to change some details in address and don’t want to add a new one or change original one since it’s a onetime change. SAP Business One allow you to change the address directly in the documents. Just click the browsing button next to the address field and make the change.
