UDF (User-Defined Fields) is a powerful tool in SAP Business One. This function allows users to customize the system based on their needs. To set up a UDF, go to Bar menu and choose Tools > customize tool. Users can change or set up items in “User-Defined Tables – Setup” or “User-Defined Fields – Management”.

From SAP Business One 9.2, PL07, SAP Business One enables users to use UDFs as selection criteria in Service reports. Go to Service > Service Reports > Service Calls. Users can choose User-Defined Fields here and sort by UDF item.
