SAP Business One not only are able to create opportunities for leads and customers, but also can create opportunities for venders.
Click Opportunities > Opportunity. Choose Purchasing on Opportunity Type, then you are able to choose the required vendor and create the opportunity and all the reports will be enhanced to consider these opportunities.
