MTC successfully signed a contract with Xiamen Chen Xiang Food Co., Ltd, making Chen Xiang Food one more of many catering industry customers of MTC nationwide.

Chen Xiang Food is affiliated with the listed company TPK Group (Chen Hong Science and Technology) and provides quality catering service to TPK Group upon the principles of “hygienic and safe, nutritious and healthy, good quality guaranteed.” TPK Group has production and managerial personnel numbering over 50,000 and nine factories all across Xiamen’s downtown area as well as its peripheral regions. Chen Xiang Food is responsible for the processing and distribution of the group meals of all of TPK’s factory districts, supermarket supply and direct business operation.
To ensure that the 50,000 employees of TPK Group can enjoy four fresh and safe meals every day, and to improve the food company’s management efficiency and business operation, Chen Xiang Food decided to hire MTC. Their goal was to integrate finance and business, cost analysis and management of logistics and distribution. At the same time they wanted to manage to supermarket purchases, sales and inventories all by means of a unified digital system.
Although the previous management software solution of Chen Xiang Food was less than perfect, its parent company TPK Group is an SAP user. Therefore, the project manager of Chen Xiang Food well understood SAP’s advantages like high efficiency, stability and flexibility. This insight contributed to Chen Xiang Food’s choice of SAP as its solution and MTC as its implementation partner.
